Wildlife Conservation Society

Each year, Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) provides 1,000 employment opportunities from March to October across its four zoos and aquarium. Diverse work opportunities include hospitality, customer service, retail sales, food service, grounds keeping/maintenance, office administration, and animal care. Employees complete a comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training program with coaching from trained managers, many of whom began their careers as seasonal employees at WCS. Career advancement opportunities are available based on employee skills, interests, and work performance.

RECRUITMENT CYCLE

Recruitment for employment opportunities begin every February and continue through June. Partners are encouraged to attend our annual Recruitment Partner Information session held in January at the Bronx Zoo.
